Crystal Photo Engraving - Submission Guidelines

To place your order, choose the shape of crystal you would like to have engraved and add it to your shopping cart. Pay and complete your order as normal.

How To Submit Your Photo

Once you have completed your online order and have your order number simply email info@crystalage.com with your digital photo, text and order number. Our customer service team will then make sure that all the information you have supplied is correct before we proceed with the laser engraving. We will contact you if we have any questions or suggestions for getting the best results! The whole process normally takes up to 28 days.

Photo Submission Guidelines

We can only accept digital photos. This is for your own safety as we don't want you to lose your original photos in the postal system. If you have a scanner simply scan and email it to us. If you don't have a scanner you can get your original photograph scanned at a local printer's firm or by a friend/family member.

• Please save your photo in JPEG format
• For best results scan the images at 300DPI or higher
• Please keep your file size below 5MB

Text Guidelines (Important!)

All crystals can have 2 lines of optional text (expect keyrings) - with a maximum of 14 characters per line for the round shape and a maximum of 18 characters per line for all other shapes.

Simply state the text you would like to appear on your crystal when sending over your picture.

Line 1: Michael & Anne
Line 2: 27/2/2007

Line 1: Happy Birthday
