The beauty of large simple crystals is shown to perfection in this pretty geode. Encircled by rich violet, the cloudy crystals are a direct product of the environment in which they formed. Agate is forged most commonly in metamorphic rock, resulting in remarkable geological phenomenon. Each layer is deposited over the years, creating the contrasting layers. Lower heat and pressure has resulted in the large white crystals of this geode.

At the heart of the geode lies a cavity powered with fine reflective crystals. The vertical slicing of the geode displays this captivating centre to its full potential, making it a wonderful example of the agate rock and perfect complement to any home.
