Lithium quartz is extremely soothing, balances on many levels, and serves as an excellent anti-depressant. It creates a sense of expansion in the head, allowing clarity and clear thinking, and balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain. It clears the Crown Chakra, and also balances the pineal gland, helping the user to return to a more regular sleep pattern after sleep has been distrupted.
