Whiteite is a potent yet friendly mineral that appears to work primarily on the physical body, effectively giving the entire body a “tune up” by opening, clearing, and balancing where it is most needed, then following through with minor adjustments throughout. On first holding or working with it, it vibrates in the hands, and clears the crown chakra, before focussing on the heart, solar plexus and sacral chakras. From there its effervescent energy cleanses as it goes, and what follows is quite magical, as it moves around the body to wherever it is required. It may follow a specific anatomical system, such as the digestive tract or respiratory system, or work on one side of the body followed by the other side, balancing male/female energy.
It is otherwise useful in alleviating headaches, and brings clarity to the mind and a sense of grounding and physical presence. It is recommend for use in self-healing, unless you are certain of the robustness of the client, as it is so powerful.
