Included quartz is quartz crystal that contains inclusions of other minerals. These inclusions may occur when quartz forms around a smaller crystal or where different types of crystal form at the same site. Included quartz is believed to have the metaphysical properties of both quartz and the included mineral. It makes for fascinating specimens and included quartz has a unique textured beauty that will enhance any crystal collection.
