This Mariposite Tumble Stone is an interesting addition to any crystal collection. Also known as the Aurora Borealis Stone, it is a chromium-rich mica within a dolomitic marble, together with varying amounts of quartz.
It is the chromium-rich mica that gives Mariposite its attractive and distinctive green colour.
