Baoding balls (or Chinese health balls) are traditional, palm-sized, often-hollow metal or stone spheres used in pairs for, stress relief, hand therapy, and meditation. By rotating them in one hand, they stimulate acupressure points, improve dexterity, and strengthen hand muscles. They often produce a soothing, chiming sound.
