The vibration of Selenite is very high but also very calming, so it is excellent for clarity, understanding and concentration, as well as keeping specific areas of a room clear of unwanted energy. It can also be used to form a protection grid in the home.
The crystal forms in a linear "spear" shape, and the energy is directional. It can be used to cleanse other crystals and crystal jewellery simply by laying them on the selenite, usually overnight, and can also be used to recharge crystals that feel a bit "flat", by directing the point of the spear towards the crystal, for a period of time.
Selenite is often used in wand-form to dissolve energy blocks or to detach entities. Selenite itself does not need to be cleansed.
