Mottramite reorganises energy flow throughout the body, bringing disparate qualities into harmony with one another, and clearing unwanted/unhealthy energy down through the legs and out through the soles of the feet into the Earth (where it can compost and be transformed and revitalised). It clears the chakras, and eliminates stagnation from organs, especially the liver and pancreas, leaving the user feeling balanced, aware, alert and ready for whatever comes next. In this way it can be used to enhance and supplement baseline energy, especially when endurance is important, or in recovery from illness.
Melody recommends mottramite as a representative of transformation and change.
