Septarians were formed millions of years ago when decomposing sealife in ancient oceans combined with surrounding sediment to form balls of 'mud'. As the oceans receded, the balls were left to dry and crack. They also shrank at the same time, trapping these internal cracks.
Over many subsequent years, calcite was carried down into the cracks, filling the cracks and occasionally forming beautiful crystals in the cavaties.
Surrounded by a thin wall of Aragonite, these nodules became known as Septarians.
The aragonite helps us to keep centred in truth, the creamy brown calcite allows connection with the spiritual, and the nodules hold energy until it is needed. The combination is energising and enhances the perception of higher truth and love.
