Smoky Quartz is said to be very grounding and protective. It is believed to be useful for letting go of old attachments and negative energy. It is also said to heal and strengthen and may be recommended for the bereaved.
Smoky quartz has a warming brown colour. Like all quartz it is partially transparent, revealing areas of opacity that add depth and colour. This makes a great complement to other quartz spheres or to ground more intense crystals.
