Origin of Name & Mythology: Named after George Tunell (1900-1996), professor of geochemistry, University of California. President of the Mineralogical Society of America (1950).
Tunellite fills the body with a clear, purifying, sparkling white light, bringing about a shift of consciousness, which helps us to rise to higher frequencies while remaining firmly in the physical body. Spiritually, it brings us “clear vision” and the ability to see things as they truly are. It is immensely healing on both a physical and spiritual level, focussing mainly on the anatomy around the Heart Chakra, so affecting the heart and lungs as organs, and also opening the emotional/spiritual heart, and releasing sadness from the lungs (Chinese medicine). In addition, it increases flow of energy through the body, supports the thyroid, fights infection, and can be helpful in the treatment of osteoarthritis. Tunellite induces deep meditation (amplitude suppressed state of brain wave pattern), and helps us connect with the angelic and fairy realms, as well as with Source.
