It brings warmth, light and expansion to each individual Chakra, and a feeling of inner expansion in general. Epidote can help to relieve tension, increase circulation and stimulate muscle tone. It strengthens and supports the immune and lymphatic systems, and particularly acts as an aid in balancing thyroid function. Epidote can be used as a detoxifier, especially if taken as a gem elixir. It also stimulates brain activity, increases mental faculties and aids clear thinking, and as such can be used in the treatment of dyslexia. it is very directional, so may be used as a wand, and is also very centering if worn vertically as a pendant, but use only for short periods of time as it can be over-stimulating. According to some systems, it increases whatever one already possesses, whether this be positive or negative.
