Like all tourmalines, Dravite is a powerful healer. It aligns with the Earth Chakra, and is 'earthing' rather than 'grounding'. It also has a strong effect on the Solar Plexus, and opens and strengthens the Navel Chakra (Tan Tien or Hara), giving a sense of inner strength and empowerment. It gently balances and clears all the Chakras, and once cleared, draws the energy down and anchors it firmly in the Earth.
Dravite can be used to calm an overactive pineal gland, and calm the mind in general. In some systems it is used to heal family dysfunction and instill a feeling of community.
Chrome Dravite is an excellent grounding stone, offering one protection from negativity in ones environment. It also holds the green energy properties of wealth, abundance and success. Is said to help to gain clarity in finding one's true path.
