Tugtupite is a rare mineral with areas of pink colouration that grow stronger when exposed to sunlight. The pink areas fade when the specimen is kept in the dark. This is believed to show us the importance of letting our own love and light shine instead of hiding them away.
Tugtupite flouresces under UV light with a pronounced dark pink-red colour. The additional UV photograph shows the specimen under short wave UV light, and indicates more accurately the Tugtupite content of the specimen (pink/red areas).
This powerful healing mineral is associated with cleansing and clearing the chakras, particularly those above the heart. Tugtupite is also said to purify and clear the energetic body and lymphatic system. It is an important addition to your collection or healing practice.
