From Mexico, a crystal of Watermelon Calcite exhibiting typical rhombohedral cleavage. This calcite has fine clarity and displays gentle pink, yellow or green tinges of colour, hence it's name watermelon calcite.
Watermelon calcite is said to enhance development and to gently balance. The rhombohedral shape of these crystals helps to strengthen and direct the natural calcite energy.
