Please consider the weight and size of your pendant before selecting the thickness of your chain. 'Fine' or 'Light' chains are suitable for Smaller and lighter pendants. However a 'Medium' chain should be considered for larger or heavier pendants; it will also look better matched (for reference, all of our gemstone pendants are photographed with a 'Medium' Flat Curb chain).
To choose the desired length, it is always useful to measure a necklace already in your possession. However, as a guide, an 18" chain might be considered standard, with 16" tighter to the neck-line, and 20" the opposite.
