Astrophyllite cheers the heart and lifts the spirits. It subtly warms, strengthens and energises from within, more as if it were a glowing coal than a wildfire, and can balance without increasing heart rate, blood pressure or anxiety. It helps us to be gently but fully present in the physical body.
