The intensity of Uvarovite’s colour is both calming and cheering. As with most green minerals, it is balancing and detoxifying, and stimulates and supports the immune and lymphatic systems. It stabilises, and creates a connection between the Heart and Upper Heart Chakras, allowing us to recognise the emotional root of illness, and brings release. This release can be emotional, helping us to move on from difficult situations or feeling “stuck”, physical, supporting the elimination of toxins, or both, with one leading to the other. In addition to clarifying the body, it also brings clarity of thought and thought process, while instilling perseverance.
One of Uvarovite’s most profound qualities is its ability to gather and bring together all the threads, to help us make sense of the whole. On a small scale, this can be the various disparate facets of our personality, or filaments of ideas coming together to create a project. On a much greater level, we see the interconnectedness of the entire universe, and experience the wonder of being at one with everything.
