Rare Paravauxite and Sigloite from the famous Siglo Veinte Mine, Potosí, Bolivia, one of the greatest tin mines in the world. Often known as the Siglo XX mine, this is the type locality for both Sigloite and Paravauxite.
This specimen features crystals of Paravauxite which are being replaced by pseudomorphs of cream to honey-coloured Sigloite, which is an alteration product of Paravauxite.
An excellent specimen for the macro/micro photography enthusiast.
